Family Housing

• Prime Location: Situated just across the street from UB’s North Campus in the safe and vibrant town of Amherst, Flickinger Court provides easy access to campus while offering a peaceful, family-oriented atmosphere.
• Family-Friendly Amenities: With a playground, open green spaces, and a variety of other amenities, Flickinger Court is a popular choice for both traditional and nontraditional students with families.

Flickinger Court Apartments are primarily available to graduate and professional students, including those with families. For couples, families, or anyone needing to live with a non UB student, one person in the unit must be a UB student (please contact us for further details). The units can be rented as same-sex or gender-inclusive upon mutual request.

Occupancy Guidelines:

• When renting a unit for Family Housing, it can be occupied by up to four (4) people, with at least one person being a full-time or part-time student UB student. The other residents can be immediate family members (such as a spouse, domestic partner, or dependent children) or a non UB Student.
• All Family Housing rentals are whole unit rentals and are the only housing option that permits a non UB student to live on campus with a registered UB student.

Flickinger Court is a townhouse-style village home to many professional and graduate students and offers air-conditioned, modern apartments, including:

• 2-bedroom townhouse-style units
• 2-bedroom accessible ranch-style units
