    In order to operate university-owned vehicles, individuals must be registered with the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) License Event Notification Service (LENS) for licensed drivers, and with the Clearinghouse Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration for a commercial driver’s license (CDL).
