UBF Gifts of Personal Property Form

Contact the University at Buffalo Foundation Inc. (UBF) about accepting gifts of equipment. A development officer will complete the Gifts of Personal Property form. The form must be signed by the donor and an authorized representative for the UB department receiving the gift of personal property.
